PROCESSING TIMES

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You'll receive another notification when your order has been dispatched.

Please note: During busy periods, such as product launches or holiday seasons, processing times may take a little longer. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and Royal Mail's and EVRI's service conditions.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email containing your Royal Mail or EVRI tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

DELIVERY ISSUES & INCORRECT ADDRESSES

Please double-check your shipping details before completing your order. SOANERA is not responsible for delays or lost parcels caused by incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe or appears lost, please contact our support team at soanera.info@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll be happy to assist.

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please email us at soanera.info@gmail.com within 12 hours of placing it. Once your order has been processed or shipped, we're unable to make changes.
